To implement the SEI-CED project, Qintess applied Agile methodology principles, ensuring continuous deliveries and close collaboration with the client's team. The tasks were organized into blocks, prioritizing the most critical items, with a total of four deliveries, each focused on specific updates and improvements. As a result, the project provided greater data integrity, ensuring more consistent and reliable information to TCE-PR, while also eliminating the manual document verification process.

Previously, the process was prone to errors, such as duplicate or disorganized documents, but it is now fully automated and optimized, improving efficiency. The system enhancement brought greater agility to the company, minimizing the risk of penalties and freeing up human resources for more strategic tasks. Additionally, the early delivery of value increased transparency and operational agility, reducing errors and inconsistencies in digital applications.
