The company faced limitations with its current system, the TOTVS ERP, which could not keep up with the growth or complexity of transactions, affecting its ability to process large volumes of data efficiently. This generated operational risks and hindered informed strategic decision-making, requiring urgent technological restructuring without disrupting ongoing processes.

Solution and Impact

The solution developed by Qintess aimed to address the need for digital transformation, with an emphasis on optimizing business processes and improving the company's financial management. The proposal consisted of replacing the TOTVS ERP system with the SAP platform, a more robust, modern, and scalable solution capable of meeting the company's growing demands.

The implementation of SAP on Hana, along with best management practices, sought not only to increase data processing capacity but also to provide more efficient control over financial and operational resources. With this change, Qintess was able to deliver faster response times, allocate resources more efficiently, and ensure improved governance, enabling the company to make strategic decisions with greater agility.

In addition, Qintess implemented effective cost controls for the maintenance and supply of automated teller machines (ATMs), resulting in stricter expense control and greater operational efficiency. This approach ensured that the company not only maintained uninterrupted operations but also improved its profitability, consolidating its leadership position in a highly competitive and constantly evolving market.
